We are a small team and one agent.
We started in regulated, high-stakes work. The blocker was never the model. It was the context, the trust, and the fit with how people work. That lesson shapes every agent we build.
Four people lead Olito Labs, and Oli works beside them.
We work from Cambridge, Massachusetts, New York and Florida.

Kevin Xi Chen, co-founder and chief executive officer
Nearly a decade at McKinsey in Financial Services and Advanced Analytics, where he led the first live agentic deployments in regulated work.

Tanush Jagdish, founder and chief product and research officer
Harvard PhD on the origin of life and AI, and a former McKinsey banking and financial-services consultant. He has worked with more than 100 senior professionals on agentic AI, through research interviews and coaching, and built the first Oli deployments.

Tyler KepTrine, co-founder and chief technology officer
A background in AI systems, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity at Thomson Reuters Special Services and DARPA. He leads Olito’s production runtime, its governed execution layer, and the persistent context graph beneath Oli.

Nathan Nachlas, MD, chief medical officer
An ENT and facial plastic surgeon. He grew ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida from five physicians to more than a hundred while keeping it physician-owned, then co-founded TelaMed to run operations for independent practices. He brings doctors to OliMed and shapes the product.
Oli, our chief of staff agent
Oli is not a person. It is our own agent and a working member of the team across engineering and operations. It writes and reviews production code, prepares client work, and helps run Olito day to day, with a founder approving what goes out.
Write to us.
We are a small team and we read every note. Tell us what you are building, where you want help, or why you want to join.
