Privacy Policy

We collect information you choose to provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, notes, messages, files, and other content you send to Olito Labs or to an Olito assistant.

We may also collect limited technical information when you use our websites or services, including browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, IP-derived security signals, and similar diagnostic information.

If you use an Olito assistant over SMS, MMS, email, Slack, WhatsApp, or another communication channel, we process the messages, metadata, attachments, and delivery information needed to provide the assistant and maintain the service.

If you call a medical practice that uses OliMed and say yes to texts, we process the phone number you give and the texts we send you about your visit, on behalf of that practice.

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve our websites, AI assistant services, coaching programs, research, and customer support.

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, manage private beta access, provide requested services, send administrative notices, and communicate with users who have opted in to a specific channel.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage, improve workflows, and evaluate service quality.

Olito Labs runs three text messaging programs: Oli assistant messaging; OliMed patient texts, which medical practices that use OliMed send to patients about their visits (see /texting); and OliMed follow-up texts, which those practices send about a patient's care to patients who agreed on the practice's consent form or by replying YES to one permission text (see /texting/follow-up).

If you provide a phone number, text an Olito assistant, say yes to texts on a call to a practice that uses OliMed, or agree to OliMed follow-up texts on that practice's consent form or by replying YES to its permission text, we use your number and message content only to send those messages, respond to your requests, provide support, maintain security, and comply with law.

We do not sell phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or message content. We do not share mobile information with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

Messaging information may be processed by service providers that help us deliver the service, such as communications platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, and security or logging providers. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

Message frequency: OliMed patient texts send up to 4 messages per visit; OliMed follow-up texts send up to 4 messages per month; Oli assistant messaging varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time.

We may share information with vendors and service providers that support our business, including hosting, database, analytics, communications, payment, security, and customer support providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Olito Labs, our users, or others.

We may transfer information in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations.

All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: we do not share that information with any third parties.

Olito Labs uses YouTube API Services in internal, first-party tools that upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel (youtube.com/@olitolabs). By interacting with our videos on YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Our tools access only our own channel: they upload our videos, set titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails, and visibility, and read the status of our own uploads. We do not access, collect, or store YouTube user data about viewers or any third party through the YouTube API Services, and we do not use YouTube API data for advertising or profiling.

The only Google account data these tools store are OAuth credentials for our own channel, kept in secured credential storage. Authorized team members can revoke that access at any time via the Google security settings page. Questions about our use of YouTube API Services can be sent to tanush@olitolabs.com.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve security and reliability.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or communications service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. You can also contact us directly for support.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
