These Terms govern your access to and use of olitolabs.com, related Olito Labs websites, and services that link to these Terms. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.

You must use the site and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site or services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time.

Program name: Oli assistant messaging by Olito Labs.

Program description: Oli is a conversational AI assistant used by opted-in internal users, customers, and demo participants. Users can text Oli to ask work questions, request summaries, review documents, coordinate workflows, and receive operational updates.

Users may opt in after receiving an invitation from Olito Labs or by texting START to the assigned Oli number. The SMS opt-in call-to-action is available at /sms-opt-in.

Message frequency varies based on user requests and assistant activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To get help, reply HELP or contact tanush@olitolabs.com. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Program name: OliMed patient texts by Olito Labs.

Program description: medical practices use OliMed to answer their phones. A patient who says yes on a call to a practice receives texts about that visit: a confirmation, a secure link to send photos of an insurance card, and the insurer's answer about coverage. No marketing or promotional messages.

Patients opt in by voice on the call. The opt-in script, sample messages and frequency are published at /texting.

Program name: OliMed follow-up texts by Olito Labs.

Program description: medical practices use OliMed. A patient who agrees, on their practice's consent form or by replying YES to one permission text, receives texts from that practice about their care: follow-ups on care their clinician recommended, reminders to book a visit, and answers to questions about how to get that care, including payment options the practice offers. Texts come only from the patient's own practice. No texts for other companies, and no purchased or shared phone numbers.

Patients opt in by checking an unchecked box on their practice's intake or consent form, or by replying YES to one text the practice sends, only to the mobile number the patient gave it, asking permission. The consent text, the permission text, sample messages and frequency are published at /texting/follow-up.

Some services may require an account or invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You are responsible for the information, files, messages, and other content you provide. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You may not use the site or services to transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.

The site, services, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Olito Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the site, services, or software.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Olito Labs the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

The site and services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, communications platforms, cloud providers, or other services. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

Olito Labs is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The site and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olito Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olito Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
